Really Cool Project: The Longest way

As a keen walker I am always interested in stories about walking and the connections between travel and walking as a form of creativity. Today I came across a very interesting project  titled The Longest Way, about a guy who has walked across China. Christoph Rehage started walking on November 9, 2007 and stopped in October 2008. He traveled over 4500 kilometres (2796 miles). All of the distance from Beijing to Ürümqi was completely on foot.

Here is a cool video, which documents the journey through a series of ‘selfies’ that show the growth of his beard.
